Chip Shortage - Here To Stay?

The chip shortage might be here to stay! At least for the foreseeable future. The Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger has it would take several years to tackle the problem of shortage of semiconductors. 

Semiconductors are required for almost all electrical appliances, including electric cars, mobile phones, laptops, etc. The damage should be enough to cripple all the big players in the industry including the likes of Samsung, Qualcomm, Nvidia, and Intel. The production of  X-box series X/S, Playstation 5 also did take a hit.

Covid-19 has increased the use of electronic appliances across the world resulting in the massive surge of need for semiconductors.
